Hotbar can be interacted with through block UI

When slide up, appears a error code in the chests, and it intercat wrong when you slide down in the menu of world selection

This issue will appear on any UI (chest, large chest, brewing stand, anvil) that blocks the player's view of the hotbar. The hotbar can still be interacted with through the UI, meaning that, for example, tapping the area normally holding the second slot will select that slot.
Tapping the Open Inventory slot (…) will close the UI and give the client message "Something went wrong! <errcode 1>" (though the inventory itself is not opened). If the block through which's UI this was performed is mined immediately following the error, Pocket Edition crashes.
