Cannot Connect With Friends on Servers or Worlds

When playing with friends that are all on Minecraft Pocket Edition,(Including myself) we found that soon after the 1.16.50 update, we could not connect to each other’s worlds or public servers. We could not receive invitations to worlds, and reloading/deleting and reinstalling Minecraft did not work. Please help out!
