In the current RTX beta, some of the PBR texture maps are not working
So I am using the Crystal Palace RTX Resource pack on a random world I made, and for some reason, the PBR texture maps, metallic, emissive, roughness, normal, and height are not working. For example, I log onto my world, place down a sea lantern, and it doesn't emit any light. Nether will cobblestone have any height, or iron block have any reflective properties. I don't know why this is happening though, because it was working fine before. However, this is not a problem on the actual RTX worlds.
I hope this is helpful, and that there is an explanation to why this is happening.
