The new update for Minecraft RTX beta 1.16.30.56 introduced reduced performance when enabled RTX

In the previous version of the RTX beta, my computer with a RTX 2070 Super mobile can manage above 60 fps consistently at 16 chunk render distance on the aquatic adventure map even under water, and above or around 75 fps above water. Right after the update, it occasionally drop below 50 fps under water and below 60 fps above water, while only maintaining around 60 fps most of the time under water, and around 70 fps or so most of the time above water.
