Invisible Blocks

Whenever i create a new world all blocks dissapear but i can still stand on those invisible blocks... minecarts, mobs, sun, and players are not affected by the invisibility bug

 

I attached a file and strictly EVERYTHING ARE NOT ON BARRIER BLOCKS.
