Can't access purchased skins or the marketplace

I don't know what version it is so I guessed - sorry

purchased skins a few months ago and haven't been able to access them since, also can't access the marketplace - I can access the marketplace on my other Xbox accounts though

if this can't be fixed can I at least get refunded?
