Items are Disappearing, Important!

Hello!

This is very important, because these Bugs are just insane.

1. After i saved my world, and joined in, some items in the chest were gone. I lost my komplete diamond armor! Today after saving, and see: two enchanted books are gone.
2. Sometimes the mobs near me are frozen, but they aren´t really "Frozen" , they can still attack me - but i dont´t see them.

Please fix these!
