The Destroy block vibrate option does not work for devices that have vibration

The Destroy block vibrate option does not work for devices that have vibration built into it in the Mobile controls settings.

Device: iPhone 11

How To Reproduce:

Turn on the option with a device that supports vibration
Load into a world
Break a block

Observed results:

The Device doesn't vibrate, even with the option turned on.

Expected results:

The Device should vibrate when the option is turned on.
