Two chests with data placed by player can't become a double chest and make the game crash

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a chest with any items.
2. Ctrl+Middle Click the chest.
3. Place the chest you just pick block right next to the first chest
--> the game crashes

Original Description
When the chest with data is placed nearby an another chest contained items, the texture on the chest with data placed by player won't be rendered, if you open it, your game will crash immediately. Meanwhile these two chests can't become a double chest.
