Won't let me reset size of screen of my iphone 11 pro max

Well first I transfered my data to new phone I got a little ago. Then I wanted to play minecraft. So I pressed the app, at first it showed me how big I wanted the screen, I made the biggest mistake I have made. I made it the biggest and fullest screen. I now cannot see my food or health bar. I can't find a way to change how large the screen is. Here's a image real quickly. It's there, as you can see I can barley see my health and food bar and it is keeping me off track.. please tell me how to fix it or fix the game so I could relocate the screen so I could see my health and food bar. I made a big mistake that I cannot fix and now I really regret it. Please tell me or fix this problem and find the solution
