Minecraft Item Disapperance

On my Xbox One my Minecraft (beta edition) updated and almost all the items I have in chest have disapperared ! I had maps, enchantment books, diamonds, 63 emeralds, etc have all disappeared. If I try to put anything in the chests those items disappear as well. PLEASE fix the problem I want my items that I worked hard for back.
