I cannot see?use my BOUGHT worlds and skins it doesn't show that they're in my feutured worlds or whatever (The packs are Anime party and HD City btw)

I have bought the listed packs and cannot use them, I can go into the skins and it does not show them when I click to pull down the menu for the skins (also I have (had) 1 pack before and it doesn't even say i did) I also cannot create and new bought world (ex. HD City) I also cannot access the marketplace and where I can buy Minecoins. Pls help!

I have bought these packs and do not wanna be ripped off/ have my money go to waste!
