I can't log in

I've searched if someone had the same problem I present, but I've only found similar, the thing is that when I want to log in with my email (which is linked to PSN) it only loads me but never accesses me, I have tried the steps that you recommend but it only appears to me that the session is loading when in fact it does not, I know because I tried to start an account on my cell phone and did the steps but only sent me to the beginning, I never proceeded to an end (as if it only restarted)
