Nether portal block causes the near water to unrender on the portal and not everywhere

The nether portal block when built the nether portal causes the water on the portal block to unrender on the transparent nether portal block, while the far water is still rendered, and not everywhere on the camera view.

Only on beach and other-near-water biomes.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Build the nether portal
2. Go down to the ground
3. Look to the portal.
