RTX Beta crashing and RTX maps not enabling raytracing

Hi so I've been having issues with the RTX beta

 

every time I try to load up an RTX map it crashes the game and even when they do load it won't allow me to enable raytracing 

 

I have an RTX2070 maxQ 16GB ram and an intel core i7-9750H so I have more than the minimum specifications 

 

yes I've uninstalled and reinstalled I updated my driver and OS etc and it's still not working
