User forced to forget MS acount info and log in again each time.

user on switch gets message that ms account can't be logged in - each and every time he opens Minecraft.  He is forced to log out, and have Minecraft forget the  MS account info.  Then return to switch home screen - switch users there, and then reopen Minecraft and log into his MS account.  He then has to go to aka.ms/remoteconnect every time and log in there as well.

How can his account be remembered, and not be logged out every time?
