Slim skin bug

When selecting a slim skin in bedrock edition the textures glitch out and mirror. I tried this with a slim skin and a default skin but they both had this same texture glitch. I turned off my resource packs and reset the game but it didn't change the outcome. This happens to all skins uploaded.
