Minecraft does not open, stuck on red screen [Win 10]

When I try to open the game, only the mojang screen appears and everything turns red and does not load, I have already downloaded it more than 6 times, please help me I have all my worlds and I play with my friends in quarantine so this distracts me and I avoid getting bored
(Also improve the service I am from Latin America and it does not have service in Spanish and we are a very large community of the game).
