Mob head Bug

Mob heads cannot be placed sideways on a block which is one block above ground.
Device: Lenovo A5500-HV

Steps to reproduce:
1. Place a block which is one block above ground.
2. Place a mob head.
3. Notice that the mob head cannot be placed on each side of the block except for the top side.
