application will not launch without uninstall/ re-install of application

As soon as the hotfix 1.16.40 was launched my application for minecraft PE stopped launching without having to uninstall/re-install the app every time I want to play. Once done I can play as usual but if I close it I have to uninstall and re-install again just to open the app properly.
