Classic Hands

When I login to Mineville, it gives me classic hands. I want to have slim hands because if I dont, my skin looks bad. It is prettttty annoying, because it disturbs my gameplay. Even if I try to change it in any way, it wont let me. So please, if you can solve this problme, please do it.
