Crouching doesn't affect item in hand and distorts player skins

When crouching
-The item held in players hand doesn't move when they crouch (Displayed in 2nd and 3rd person view.) The item looks like its floating.
-Player's skin towards the middle of their body will look distorted. (see photos of player wearing yellow and blue.)
