Lost all my items and money on lifeboat city . when latest log in to lifeboat city

Lost all my items and moneys in lifeboat city when the latest log in

(the items and money are  automatically saved all times when I log off all the times and is also a part of game rule )

Please solve this bug as fast as you can . Thank you
