Chroma Hills HD Illager banner make glass invisible

The Illager banner, when applying the Chroma Hills HD resource pack renders glass (block, pain, any colour) completely invisible behind the banner, in bother 128x & 64x.

This is reproducible in either Creative mode or Survival mode.

This issue in not affected in other resource packs (that I had installed to test), nor without resources packs installed (vanilla).

Nor is it an issue with other banners and item/block with transparent area on them, as an example in the images: hoppers, doors, etc.

I'm not aware (at the moment) if this is an issue in or has been address in later beta versions.
