Pack info error lists does not appear correctly with mobile scrolling

Pack info error lists does not appear correctly. When I scroll the error list flickers but does not properly appear. Therefore if there’s an error, we can’t read that error.

Observed results: the messages flicker when scrolling.

Expected results: the messages shouldn't flicker when scrolling.
