Exported skin bug on local multiplayer

In local multiplayer if you have a Microsoft account someone else with a Microsoft account can see your exported skin but anyone without a Microsoft account can't see people's with Microsoft account's exported skin as if now the only way to fix this is to wear official minecraft marketplace skin or a skin made in the skin creator.
