Llamas walk too fast!

So whenever I see a wandering trader in Minecraft, when the llamas are out of the wandering trader’s control (not on a lead), they run too fast.  

How to reproduce:

1. /summon wandering_trader (Sorry if wandering_trader is not the correct ID for a wandering trader.)
2. /kill @e [type=wandering_trader]

Expected results: The llama walks at roughly the same speed as a cow. 

Observed results: The llama runs quite fast.
