When I press sign in it pops up a thing and it says something about leaving all your stuff on a account.So I pressed on it and nothing happens.please fix

When I sign into Minecraft it pops up do you want to leave your stuff on a Microsoft account.So I press save to a Microsoft account and nothing happensI.
