No drops with pickaxe

Problem: Golden pickaxe (with Fortune II, Efficiency IV) drops nothing when mining diamond ore, lapiz azul ore, Redstone ore, or iron ore.

Exceptions: mining coal, stone, and granite worked fine.

 

NOTE: my version shows 1.16.50, but Jira field won’t let me submit the bug with that version number.
