When I try to play something I bought at the marketplace it will randomly kick me from the game or it will kick me even before I get in it.

When I try plays Jurassic World from the marketplace it will randomly kick me from Minecraft and when I try to play city life 2 also from the marketplace it will kick me from Minecraft even before I load into city life 2
