2 of my packs are stuck in download

I have had two packs stuck downloading for over a month and can not get a straight answer on how to fix the problem. 

I am willing to reinstall my package which I paid 49.99 for the bonus worlds. skins and texture packs, plus 1000 coins, I have not used any of my coins but am afraid that I will lose them entirely as my purchase does not appear on minecraft.net for some bizarre reason, since I bought my game from that site. 

I am very frustrated with the poor level of care received.
