Purchased Skins and Textures Disappeared

I have 21 purchased skins and textures and all of them stopped working 3 months ago. The show in the store as being purchased, I have the Microsoft receipts, Minecraft support says I own them, but they do not show up when I go to select skins to use. They were all working prior to that and I have not made addition purchases to cause this issue.

Also I use Xbox idk what versions of Minecraft I have, its what ever the most recent update is in bedrock.
