Featured items tab disappears when opening the Style or Body tabs

The Featured items tab disappears when opening the Body and Style tabs in the Character Creator.

How to reproduce:

Open the body, or style, tabs in the character creator tab.

Observed Results: The Featured Items Tab disappears.

Expected Results: The Featured Items Tab should not disappear.
