Contents of book and quill are not saved when closed

The contents of the book and quill will not be saved if you press X or the Escape button.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get a book and quill
2. Open the book and quill and type something in it
3. Close the book and quill by pressing the X or Escape button
4. Reopen the book and quill

Observed Results:
The book and quill is empty.

Expected Results:
The contents of the book and quill should be saved.
