Custom block appears as update block.

When loading a custom block behavior pack and resource pack I made it appears as an update block. I loaded a custom block behavior pack and resource pack someone else made and it worked fine. I will supply an image and the resource packs because it may just be my own fault.

Picture > Left is my pack, right is someone else's pack.

Hollow Cube > My pack.

BlockExamp > Someone else's pack.
