[MCPE-102252] missing textures on "VanillaBDCraft", PS4

Hi!

Over the last couple of days I have been having an issue with VanillaBDCraft on PS4, I have had this texture/ resource pack for a while now (3 months+?) and I have never had an issue until now.

First my friends had issues with missing text textures, I thought it was possibly because they did not purchase the pack, my world was on must use resource pack. The next day I was having the same issues, which are the following:

Missing text on loading screen into world.
Missing text on signs.
Missing text from players usernames.
Missing text on item amount in stack.
Missing text in text chat - cannot see what is being typed or what had been sent, as well as player messages such as "___ is sleeping..."

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the pack, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft itself, but to no avail.

Please help, I really enjoy the texture pack but it is unusable.

Edit: I have contacted the creator who told me to contact mojang support, to which I was told to come here. Now I am being told to contact mojang again!

Although I am still having these issues I am not encountering the following:
Over the last couple of months the issue has grown worse. I physically cannot even play with this texture pack on. Each time I create a world with it on (again on PS4 version) the world will load up and I can play for a maximum of 5 seconds before the game crashes. I tried to replicate the issue just now and the world didn't even load, it crashed before it could do so, and right after it loaded the world up for 2-3 seconds before the game crashed.
