Minecraft starts to crash or lag on multiplayer, works fine on singleplayer

Everytime i play any servers, its just start to lag uncontrollably, i cannot control WASD on my pc and any types of keys, if i play like bedwars, its start to lag and i cant control my player and keeps on falling off the void. it works perfectly fine on singleplayer but it abnormally lags on multiplayer. i have 8gb ram on my computer and i can reach 200fps on my pc but it suddenly lags after 1 minute and i cant move, if i run, my minecraft just lag and doesnt stop on running. sometimes it will crash at startup or after startup, but it really starts to lag after like 1 minute and turns back to normal for 1 minute again and repeatedly lags again.my signal strength is so strong and its impossible to lag after 1 minute then returns back to normal after like 15 sec lag. i really needed this to be fixed because its doesnt really lag on singleplayer except multiplayer
