Minecraft PE closed alone

After having a Minecraft Mobile update in version 1.16.40.02, lately I am not able to play because when I enter at the beginning it shows that it is loading and the game closes by itself, sometimes it closes more alone when I am in my world and that you have to solve this because I paid for the game, I have the right to complain, I just want you to correct it.
