Servers 'Coming Soon' and 'Not able to connect to realms'

In MCPE 1.16.40 (Hotfix) I have been having an issue which is quite annoying, I have been trying to go online on servers, in the servers tab it shows the dialogue 'Coming Soon' and it also doesn't allow me to access realms, I managed to find how to recreate it on my device, I reinstalled MCPE with the hope to fix it, it worked, the featured servers were showing up once again and realms were accessible but, as soon as I closed MCPE and opened/relaunched it the same problem occurred. The marketplace also doesn't load, I am pretty sure it's not a wifi connection issue, please fix it.

Update: Signing-out of Microsoft account and Signing-in again works, it shows the marketplace and the servers but after relaunching, it messes up again, so it isn't after reinstalling, the problem repeats itself after re-signing in the Xbox Live/Microsoft account in MCPE
