minecraft closses and gives error on sign in

Minecraft keeps closing when my girlfriend attempts to sign in on her Samsung galaxy S7. She is on the latest version of minecraft and her device is entirely up to date. See attached a short video clip. I have cleared cache and i still get the same error, I have also uninstalled and reinstalled through playstore, I also cleared all sign in data for the device. Unfortunately the error remains.
