On old worlds, the block tends to be spawned on the outside of the Old maps.

When trying to create the old map, and when going to the edge of the map, it shows the block is still there on the edge of the map when I am trying to see the edge of the map.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create the world with the old map
2. Locate the edge of the map
