Hot bar won't stop scrolling left

I am on the windows 10 platform and suddenly my hot bar won't stop scrolling left. I looked into similar reports, but the ones I found said that this was resolved in 1.7, but I'm here on 1.16.4. Also, the report I found was for Xbox controllers, but I am having the issue with a mouse
