[MCPE-102] Killer trees: trees trap and strangle player when player is standing directly on sapling and it grows into a tree.

If a sapling grows into a tree while the player is standing directly on it, the player will become trapped in the tree and begin suffocating. Exiting and re-entering the game before death spawns the player safely on top of the tree.

I've also seen zombies and sheep stuck in trees. Maybe a few checks to make sure no mobs or players are around before making trees?
