I cannot open brewing stand in creative

I started getting brewing on creative but couldn't, Previous builds were working in creative while I am going to brew it on creative, and the brewing stand won't open unless the world is in survival.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to creative world
2. Put the brewing stand
3. Tap on the brewing stand.
