iOS / mobile / iPad, can't pick up fish in water bucket

I've only got two acheivments left and one is the I'm a marine biologist

 

i can't do it on my platform and have watched tutorials saying "click the fish" or "click the water it's in" but no matter what I do I can't pick it up on mobile
