frequent freezes and crashes.

I can play a world for about 3-15 mins, then it freezes and crashes and has to be restarted. I have tried to turn off all packs, reset my computer and Wi-Fi several times and nothing works. The game remains unplayable and I feel as if I just wasted $30 on a game I bought less than a month ago terrible first impression.
