Game Freezing When Accessing Any Form of Inventory Menu (Randomly)

My son SuperSpideyKid1 (his account handle) experiences an issue where his game freezes when accessing his inventory or chests. This issue is not consistent but tends to happen after 10min or so of gameplay. It forces him to restart the game and rejoin the realm we pay for.
