The wither wont spawn anywhere, and the ancient derbies wont turn into scraps when i mine them with a Dimond pick or higher

It just wont activate and the ancient derbies just become themselves as if i had silk touch. (also it wont work on Switch or Pc windows 10 bedrock) (there is no option for those in " affected versions")
