couldn't connect to my "offline world"? as well?

QI am unable to enter my offline world, and yet I am connected to an internet. And even with the multiplayer options disabled in the world, it still displays the message saying "Couldn't connect to the world. Check your Internet connection" or something. But please resolve this :v
