Realm issue

I recently renewed my realm, I logged on and realised I hadn't turned coordinates on, I tried to replace the world but it kept saying an error occurred, I thought it might be because of my wifi so I got a friend to log on my account and try, he also had the same problem. I'm not sure what to do
